BEST BUY STOLE MY COMPUTER

They are going to hold it hostage for the next two weeks so I'm going to have to use the BF's desktop in the meantime.

I finally got around to doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and I have to say....IT KICKED MY BUTT!  I was actually shocked because I thought I was in good shape but I was definitely panting last night when I did it and my arms are like jelly this morning!

BREAKFAST:
First time making this little egg creation.  I just threw some Canadian bacon, egg whites, and Swiss cheese into a ramekin sprayed with Coconut Oil.  Popped in into the oven for 20 min at 350 and...
2 EGG WHITES + 1 SLICE JALSBERG LIGHT REDUCED FAT + 1 SLICE CANADIAN BACON
Delish!

SNACK:
Didn't get a chance to take a picture of my afternoon snack so I stole this from Amazon:)  I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE these almonds!!!!!  They are slightly sweet with a dusting of cocoa powder on them.  And I ALWAYS buy the 100 calorie packs because I don't actually trust myself with a big bag of these babies.

DINNER:
Another tortilla pizza!  Topping-less this time.  It's amazing when I eat something low calorie, and actually GOOD for me and I feel like I'm cheating and eating something bad.  This is exactly the way these pizzas make me feel!
Calories: 190
Fat: 6
Fiber: 14
Protein: 16
1 LA TORTILLA FACTORY WHOLE WHEAT TORTILLA + 1 FRIGO LIGHT STRING CHEESE + 1/2 TRADER JOE'S FAT FREE PIZZA SAUCE

SNACK:
Cinnamon is excellent for you!!  If you can find a way to incorporate it into your meals I highly suggest doing so.  Cinnamon is an excellent source of manganese, dietary fiber, iron and calcium.  All of which I can never get enough of!!  I bought a bag of Pink Ladies at Trader Joe's in my effort to eat more whole foods.
120 GRAMS PINK LADY APPLES + SPRINKLING OF CINNAMON

I HEART WAFFLES!!!

1/2 THOMAS BETTER START ENGLISH
MUFFIN + 1 TSP BETTER N' PEANUT
BUTTER + RAISINS
SNACK: This was a little midnight snack that I had to creep in because I was pretty hungry last night which is unusual for me.

BREAKFAST: Got to use my new waffle maker today!!!  The waffles turned out beautifully, however they weren't the tastiest.  Not awful, but not amazing.  I'm going to have to tweak my recipe a few times to get it just right.  But when I do....HEAVEN!!!  Today I made Blueberry Waffles.  Next time: Pumpkin!
LUNCH: I killed my tofu today:(  It was very sad.  I spent 2 days pressing all the water out of it and dusted it nicely with some Indian spices.  I then proceeded to put in it the oven and forget about it.  About an hour later I remembered and found my beautiful tofu cubes to be dried out and 3 sizes too small:(
Nonetheless, I mixed the tofu in with a few other ingredients, heated them all up, and then decided that the tofu indeed was unfit to eat, and picked it out of my mix!
1/4 BROWN RICE + 1/2 CUP BROCCOLI + 1/4 CUP
THAI KITCHEN PANANG CURRY SAUCE

DINNER:
Same as yesterday with a dressing switch up.
20 SPRAYS WISHBONE RANCH VINAIGRETTE
SNACK:

1 CUP ALMOND BREEZE + 1 BANANA +
1 TSP LITE CHOC. SYRUP
Boyfriend and I went to our favorite fro-yo place to satisfy our urge for some frosty treats.  Unfortunately, I was craving some vanilla, and that wasn't in their rotation today.  Instead, I went home and made a banana smoothie which ended up costing me more calories but was much cleaner then fro-yo :)

ALL SMILES!

Today was great!  Steelers won last night, got in an early gym sesh, and bought myself a fun new toy.

BREAKFAST:
Unfortunately, breakfast was skipped this morning!  I hate doing this because it only makes me hungrier later.  I did have some Green Tea though so not all is lost.

LUNCH:
I was looking forward to this creation so much.  Easy homemade sushi.  LOVE SUSHI but it makes me nervous to eat it out because I don't know what they are putting into the sushi.
2 "STICKS" KROGER'S CRAB SELECT + 1/2 PACKAGE ANNIE
CHUN'S SUSHI WRAPS + 30 G AVOCADO + 30 G CUCUMBER
I liked the Annie Chun's Sushi Wraps for the most part.  The seaweed was very small so I couldn't make the hand rolls that I had originally wanted.  The brown rice was perfectly sticky and each container has enough for two servings so I'm sure this meal will reappear in the very near future.  Because the seaweed pieces were so tiny I had to use tooth picks to hold them together.

I also put a little Kraft's Chipotle Mayo and Lite Soy
sauce on each roll.

SNACK:
Workin on the abs so I have to make sure I eat enough of the "good" fats.  10 grams of Trader Joe's Raw Almonds provided a little mid-day pick-me-up.

DINNER:
There are no words to describe how tasty this salad creation was today.  I had some very close to dead spinach to get rid of and I was craving egg salad so I put them together and came up with this.

120 G SPINACH + 85 G EVOLUTION 15 HEALTHY VEGGIES +
2 EGG WHITES + 1 TSP HELLMANN'SDIJONNAISE+ 2 TBSP
ANNE'S NATURAL LITE HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING

I'M SO EXCITED!!!  I'VE WANTED A WAFFLE MAKER FOREVER BUT I WANTED A FUN ONE, AND WHAT IS MORE FUN THEN HEARTS!?!?!
HEART WAFFLE MAKER + PRETZEL M&M'S
I'm looking up tons of recipes to try...blueberry, pumpkin, peanut butter!!  And I plan on only using protein powders and not flour for my waffles so they will be so healthy!

GO STEELRS!!

CRAZY!?!?!?  Went to the gym at 5AM and kicked my butt!!!  I worked every muscle in my body and it felt great.  I know with repetition those little muscles will shine through soon.

I was pondering over an egg white wrap or some other breakfast creation, when I realized that what I really wanted was pizza.  I took everything out of my pantry and this...

LA TORTILLA FACTORY WHOLE WHEAT TORTILLA +
20 GRAMS SPINACH + 1/4 CUP SAFEWAY WHOLE
SLICED MUSHROOMS + 1/4 CUP TRADER JOE'S FF
PIZZA SAUCE + 1 TBSP SPINACH PESTO
SAUCE + 1 FRIGO LIGHT STRING CHEESE

...became this!!

YUMMY!!!
SNACKS:
The rest of my wonderful blueberries :(  My Ikea Greenhouse is in the background.  I only have one plant because I kill them all by forgetting to water them.  This one can go two weeks without being watered which is the only reason that it is still alive!
110 GRAMS BLUEBERRIES

Did some very accomplished shopping today.  Got this stuff at Walmart.  I read a bunch of reviews of this work out and the consensus is that it rocks, so we shall see.  I have a few at home workout DVDs, but nothing that I am thrilled with.
JILLIAN MICHAELS 30 DAY SHRED + 2 5 LBS. WEIGHTS
I also went to Whole Foods and Ralph's a picked up these good eats.  Reviews of everything to follow....
SUPPLIES!
DINNER:
I bought this mix at the grocery store (on sale) of random cut up veggies.  I LOVE it but I don't think I could ever buy it because it's like $6 normally.  Way too expensive for my taste.  Topped it with some new dressing that I bought and it was very yummy.
ANNIE'S NATURALS LITE HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING +
 EVOLUTION 15 HEALTHY VEGGIES

9 34 Degrees Whole Grain Crispbreads

This is burning in my house right now.  It makes everything smell so fresh.  Love, Love, Love it!

Favorite scent ever!!  I use it for everything :)

By the way.....

STEELERS WON!!!!!!

CRAZY SATURDAY!!!

Woke up this morning feeling MUCH better!!!  Still not 100% but far better then before.  I'm even tempted to go out for some fun and have one of my favorite treats....
It's the one at the top....a DIRTY HOE! Half Lambic, half Hoegaarden.

BREAKFAST:
Almost done with the blueberries!!!
100 GRAMS BLUEBERRIES + COFFEE + 2 TSP SLENDA
W/FIBER + 1 TBSP COFFEE HOUSE SKINNY VANILLA LATTE

SNACKS:
I was running some errands today so I didn't get a chance for a sit down lunch.  Instead, I went to the "Box O' Fun Foods" in my car and snackaged on some dried strawberries and almonds.  Focusing on the good fats so I can get that six-pack!
MRS. MAY'S STRAWBERRIES + 100 CALORIE
EMERALD COCOA ROAST ALMONDS

DINNER:
Very hungry for dinner so I did a repeat of the other day and did it up "Burrito Style"!  SOOOOO GOOD!!  The fiber and protein stats on this puppy are insane.
LA TORTILLA FACTORY WHOLE WEAT TORTILLA + 1/2 CUP MINUTE
READY TO SERVE BROWN RICE + 64 G ROSARITA SPICY
JALAPENO BEANS + 17 G AVOCADO + 2 TBSP FF SOUR CREAM
I had a MASSIVE salad the other day but I was to busy to do a post so I thought I'd just throw it up on this one.  It looks so beautiful and tasted pretty good as well.  It's a very simple salad but I used some hummus and spinach pesto as a dressing which blew this out of the water!

4 OZ. CHICKEN BREAST + ROMAINE SALAD MIX + TOMATOES + CUCUMBERS

Well I'm off!!  I plan on going all out for the playoff game tomorrow against the Jets!!!!
GO STEELERS!!!!

HUMP DAY

Wish I were here...
(WINERY IN SOUTHERN CA)
Instead of here...
(SICK IN BED WATCHING TV)

STILL sick :( I couldn't stay in bed all day, so I got up for a bit and did a little light house cleaning and made Boyfriend yet more brownies :)

FOR MY LOVE

BREAKFAST:

For some reason this picture refuses to post the right way...sorry!

COFFEE + 2 TSP SPLENDA WITH FIBER + 2 TBSP REDDI WIP + 1 THOMAS' BETTERSTART LIGHT MULTIGRAIN ENGLISH MUFFIN + 2 EGG WHITES + 1 SLICE CANADIAN BACON + 1 TSP TRADER JOE'S RASPBERRY PRESERVES

 SNACK:
CRUNCH PAK TART APPLES WITH CARAMEL + DASH OF
CINNAMON + AWAKE TAZO TEA + 2 TSP SPLENDA WITH FIBER
DINNER:
Very weird combo tonight.  Still sick so craving soup but needed some kind of meat component.  What I ended up with was the last of my pea soup and a huge "Pig-in-a-Blanket".  HUGE FAN!!!  I wrapped the other six hot dogs in the dough and froze them for a later date yet to be determined.  The hot dog, blanket and all, comes in at only 130 CALORIES!!!

1 CUP IMAGINE SWEET PEA SOUP + A FEW DASHES TAPATIO + 1/2 TSP
FF SOUR CREAM + 1 REDUCED FAT PILLSBURY CRESCENT ROLL +
1 HEBREW NATIONAL 97% FF HOT DOG + 1 TBSP YELLOW MUSTARD

FORTUNE COOKIES + CANDY CANE GREEN TEA +
POPCORN + NACHO DIPS

Grocery store run results.  The dips on the right may appear to be bad but the stats are actually quite good.  The Black Bean dip is 15 calories for 2 TBSPS, and the Nacho dip is 30 calories for 2 TBSPS.  I haven't tasted them yet however if they aren't terrible, I could make a nice little nacho plate with really nice stats.

It's 80 degrees and I have a COLD!!!

It started out mild, but now it's here with full force:(  Amazingly enough, when I get sick, unlike most people, I can't stop eating!!!  I get such an appetite.

Unfortunately, I don't have an appetite for the gym and I think I forgot where it's located....lol.  I just don't have the energy :(

I've been taking pictures of some of my foods, but I've been too lazy to post them so here is an array of some of the eats I've consumed the past few days!
KASHI GO LEAN + BLUEBERRIES + ALMOND MILK UNSWEETENED + COFFEE + WARM WATER W/ LEMON JUICE

PEA SOUP + TAPATIO + FF SOUR CREAM (ON MY VDAY PLATE!)

LA TORTILLA FACTORY 80 CALORIE TORTILLA + 1/2 CUP FF BEANS + 1/4 CUP BROWN RICE + 1/4 CUP TOMATOES AND GREEN CHILIES + 2 TBSP FF SOUR CREAM

THOMAS' BAGEL THINS WHOLE WHEAT + ONE EGG W/ SALT & PEPPER + 1 SLICE CANADIAN BACON + BLUEBERRIES

FA: I didn't make this but had the Boyfriend pick it up for me at a Vietnamese restaurant.  When I'm not feeling well, this is all I want.  It has amazing flavors and is very clearing for the nasal passages.  It has a very strong spiced broth with rice noodles, rare steak (which cooks once put into the hot soup), basil, duck sauce, lemon juice, bean spouts, green onions, and tons of basil!!!  This bowl is HUGE!!!!
I made these brownies for Boyfriend and they turned out AMAZING!!!!  I made regular brownies and then nuked some peanut butter in the microwave until it was melted and drizzled it on top of the uncooked brownie batter.  I cooked the brownie/peanut butter combo and as soon as I took it out of the oven, I pressed some mini marshmallows on the very top of the brownies.

Sickie ;(

I've been extremely lazy lately with taking my vitamins and what-not.  I'm going to make an effort to take them daily.  Notice the one on the end...lol.  I think I should make sure everything is "working properly" before I try this last push of trying to lose a few more lbs.

CALCIUM + FLAXSEED OIL + FIBER SUPPLEMENTS + MULTIVITAMIN + COLON CLEANSE!

LOTS to do today so I have to fuel up on some good eats.  I tried to go to the gym REALLY early this morning but I didn't realize until I got to the gym that I forgot to throw my workout pants in my bag:(  I was so annoyed but definitely not motivated enough to go home, grab my clothes, and go all the way back to the gym.

BREAKFAST:
I'm trying to drink more green tea, less coffee.  It's going to be very difficult to ween myself off my 4-6 day cup obsession.
GREEN TEA + 2 TSP SPLENDA W/FIBER & ROOM TEMPERATURE WATER WITH LEMON JUICE
(I don't have the heart to put away my winter candles yet even though it's going to be 80 degrees this weekend in San Diego!!!!)

There are going to be a lot of blueberries in my future.  I bought a vat of them yesterday because they were on super sale.  They are probably my favorite fruit which rocks because they are high in fiber and contain substances that have antioxidant properties.

1 CUP OVERNIGHT OATS (1/4 CUP PUMPKIN + 1/2 PACKET MOM'S DARK CHOCOLATE OATMEAL + 1/2 CUP ALMOND BREEZE UNSWEETENED VANILLA + 1 TSP SPLENDA W/FIBER) + 40 GRAMS BLUEBERRIES

SNACK:
I grabbed a handful of almonds before I left the house to give me an energy for my day off killing my To-Do List!

14 GRAMS TRADER JOE'S RAW ALMONDS
LUNCH:
I SWEAR I didn't mean to do this, but I was running around so crazy today that I completely skipped lunch.  I hate skipping lunch because then I'm so hungry for dinner that  normal sized dinner meal doesn't satisfy me and then I spend all night snacking:(

I could have prevented this if I had just remembered that I keep a box of snacks in my car for just this situation.  UGH!!

DINNER:
Dinner tonight was fab!  I made it yesterday but couldn't eat it until today because I didn't realize how long it would take to cook.  It's SUPER easy but so yummy and low cal.
All I did was put two chicken breasts in the slow cooker on warm with about 1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot Buffalo wing sauce.  I let it cook for about 3 hours until it easily flakes apart with a fork.
4 GRAMS CHICKEN SLOW COOKED IN 1/4 CUP FRANK'S RED HOT BUFFALO SAUCE + 1 TBSP LITEHOUSE LIGHT BLUE CHEESE DRESSING + 1/5 AVOCADO + 4 GRAMS STEAMED SPINACH

After all my running around today I got everything done except the external hard drive I bought to back up my computer doesn't work.  Guess I'll be returning that tomorrow.

My computer has been on the fritz lately and I'm hoping a total reset will fix it.  If not, I'm gonna have to bite the bullet and buy another laptop but it WON'T be a PC.  I'm gonna follow the crowd and finally sludge on a MAC.
I actually love the idea of getting a new computer but I am DYING to get a killer camera since I have a feeling that there are amazing events to come in the near future.  And since both options are mucho expensive, it's one or the other.... :(
